Senior Curriculum Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Curriculum & Assessment Officer to join our team at the University of Sussex. As a key member of the Business School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Faculty's policies and strategies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies.
With a strong background in higher education administration, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing guidance to senior management and academics, and supporting the development of the Curriculum and Assessment team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progression and Faculty policies
- Providing guidance and support to senior management, academics, and professional services colleagues on matters related to student progression and Faculty policies
- Collaborating with the Associate Dean for Education & Students, Directors of Teaching and Learning, and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Supporting the development of the Curriculum and Assessment team, including mentoring and coaching junior team members
