About the Role

As a pivotal member of our Andover team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Insite Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
  • INCREASE SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND MAXIMIZE REVENUE GROWTH
  • SUPPORT THE OPERATIONAL TEAMS
  • DRAFT AND MAIL CUSTOMER CORRESPONDENCE AND NEWSLETTERS
Requirements
  • TEAM PLAYER: Strong team skills and ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND FROM A MANUFACTURING/MRO/PPE BACKGROUND

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, discretionary quarterly bonus, continuous development, cycle to work scheme, and an increase in holidays with service.
