About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring their needs are met.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including co-ordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks. You will also be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to our Home Owners
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the development
  • Co-ordinating activities and events
  • Managing contractors and suppliers
  • Completing health and safety checks
