About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for residents
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the development is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents and staff, completing regular checks and reporting any issues

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with a passion for customer service. You will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent administration skills and the ability to work independently. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
