Job Description

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans for students with hearing impairments and communication difficulties
  • Use creative strategies to engage students in learning activities, promoting their confidence and self-esteem
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging among students, staff, and parents

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education degree (or related) of at least a 2:1 from a reputable institution
  • Experience working with children with hearing impairments or communication difficulties (desired)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy
