**About the Position**

We are seeking a SEN Teaching Support Professional to work with children with various additional needs in schools. This is a temporary, term-time only position, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young adults with SEN, a passion for education, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to build rapport with children, manage challenging behavior, and provide individualized support to students with SEN.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Promote positive behavior and manage challenging situations
  • Aid pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
  • Support children with additional educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to provide feedback on learning and development
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks
