About the Role:

Felixstowe-based organisation seeks a skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,294-£25,979 and flexible working hours, with the possibility of working 4 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, particularly in IT and communication, as well as a keen eye for detail. Although previous HR experience is beneficial, it's not essential. Our client is open to candidates with varied administration backgrounds.

  1. Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and internally
  2. Set up new starters on databases and ensure compliance data is updated during the vetting process
  3. Deliver new starter induction training and monitor completion, updating training records accordingly
  4. Collaborate with the Admin Manager to support the vetting process of new employees
  5. Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager across all aspects
  6. Liaise closely with payroll, audit, and generate reports

This is a site-based position in our client's offices in Felixstowe, requiring daily commuting. Applicants must be able to drive and possess a valid licence.
