About the Role

Cathedral Appointments Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution department, you will play a crucial role in establishing a specific Commercial Litigation practice, supporting the development of the team, and working closely with other teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied litigation caseload, including contract disputes, probate, property, and professional negligence claims
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other teams within the firm
  • Supervise and support the development of an Associate specializing in Inheritance Disputes work
  • Collaborate with the Corporate & Commercial and Insolvency teams to provide seamless and exemplary client service
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice
Requirements
  • Several years' UK-based post-qualified experience in Commercial Litigation
  • Ability to independently manage a varied litigation caseload
  • Experience of managing team members, allocating work, and providing quality supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and promote your profile
