About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Commercial Litigation practice. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious matters, including contract disputes, probate, and professional negligence claims.

In this role, you will work closely with our Corporate & Commercial and Insolvency teams to provide seamless and exemplary client service. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and support the development of an Associate who will be specializing in Inheritance Disputes work.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer with several years' UK-based post-qualified experience. You will have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and supervising team members. You will also be able to generate new business opportunities and promote your profile within the firm.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to keep up to date with the latest legal developments affecting Commercial Litigation and work proactively to consider potential impacts on our clients. You will possess excellent rapport-building skills and be tenacious, thorough, and attentive to detail.
