You will manage and lead our community hospital nursing, admin, and operational teams, and be responsible for the performance of the service, including monitoring KPIs, delivering service improvement, and cost-efficiencies.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years' experience at Senior Management level within the NHS, with expertise in strategic management, clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement.

You should have a clear understanding of health services infrastructure and its relationship to partner organisations, as well as experience of remodelling and restructuring services within the NHS.
