As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and improving the health of our communities.
You will manage and lead our community hospital nursing, admin, and operational teams, and be responsible for the performance of the service, including monitoring KPIs, delivering service improvement, and cost-efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead community hospital nursing, admin, and operational teams
- Responsible for the performance of the service, including monitoring KPIs, delivering service improvement, and cost-efficiencies
- Ensure safe and effective operational management of community hospitals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and improve the health of our communities
We are looking for a candidate with 3 years' experience at Senior Management level within the NHS, with expertise in strategic management, clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement.
You should have a clear understanding of health services infrastructure and its relationship to partner organisations, as well as experience of remodelling and restructuring services within the NHS.
