Job Overview

As a key member of the Michael Page (UK) team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Site Director to oversee the performance of multiple retail stores in the Newbury area. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and maximise profitability, while providing leadership, training, and development to store managers and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency across all stores.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to store managers to enhance their leadership and management skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to store managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company brand and promote its values and ethos to customers, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop store managers and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and employees.
