Technical Customer Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Account Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP-based quality systems, customer standards, and legal requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to internal teams and customers.
- Work with production and service departments to improve technical performance.
- Ensure timely and effective management of customer complaints, maintaining high service levels.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the food industry, including auditing.
Working knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP, food legislation, and food hygiene.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/Innova.
This role would be a good fit for an existing QA Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Manager looking to step away from people management and focus on customer relationships.
