The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing shifts, leading a team of skilled chefs, and maintaining the high standards of our kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our dishes are consistently delicious and presented to a high standard.

  • Team Leadership: Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team dynamic.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Take accountability for customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and eager to return.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for the financial health of the kitchen, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
