About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Management Consultant to join our team in the North office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fire risk management to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our Fire Safety Division.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our Fire Risk Management business, working collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines to optimise business development and project delivery activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with relevant CDM regulations
  • Developing and implementing effective fire safety strategies to mitigate risks
  • Providing expert advice on building designs, construction materials, and fire protection systems
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Maintaining current knowledge of industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in fire safety consulting or a related field
  • A recognised qualification in fire safety or a relevant discipline (e.g., Level 4 or higher)
  • Membership of a third-party accreditation scheme (e.g., Institution of Fire Engineers Register of Fire Risk Assessors)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
