About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our established and successful team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our team, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of our business
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Promote vacancies through various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and in-person events
- Conduct interviews with candidates and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process
- Audit and maintain records of Healthcare Professionals' compliance and training needs
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, laws, and regulations regarding recruitment practices
- 2 years' experience in a recruitment-based role within the previous 5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid driving license
