Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the speedy and safe allocation of healthcare professionals, facilitating training, recruitment, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Promote vacancies using focused recruitment campaigns in person and remotely
- Screen resumes and perform in-person and phone/video interviews with candidates
- Administer company assessments and liaise with the General Manager to undertake reference and background checks
- Make recommendations to company hiring managers and coordinate interviews
- Maintain documentation required to track recruitment process and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Audit Healthcare Professionals' records for compliance and communicate training needs
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
- Stay current on company's organisation structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding recruitment practices
- Two years' experience in a recruitment-based role within the previous five years
- A driving license holder
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
- Other appropriate professional qualifications
