The Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the business with passion and engagement, while collaborating with central support functions and stakeholders.
  • Support sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Control costs and drive sales growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure consistently excellent customer service is delivered through staff development and training.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role and environment.
