We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at The Queens Arms in Edinburgh. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the venue's operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the venue's day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Monitor and control costs to achieve financial targets
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
