We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Greene King pubs. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the business development manager and management team to develop and implement sales growth strategies
- Lead by example and embody the Greene King brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer and team safety at all times
