Senior Campaign Manager Job Description

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage promotional and non-promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into creative and design briefs for external agencies or internal studios.
  • Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns for product launches, including marketing materials such as pattern books and technical brochures.
  • Maximize communication opportunities arising from micro-campaigns with collaborators and influencers.
  • Work with media owners and analysis teams to conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • Provide updates to the wider marketing team and business.
  • Ensure forecasts, costs, and response rates are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Work with internal and external designers to deliver campaigns to brief and deadline.
  • Write and supply copy for various media and audiences.
  • Proofread communications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level, ideally in a marketing-related discipline.
  • CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver marketing communications.
  • Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining excellent standards.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to tailor creative to different target audiences.
  • Commercially aware, numerate, and comfortable with campaign analysis.
  • Effective management of external agencies to deliver high-quality results.
  • Project planning, including timeline and budgetary control.
