Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Line Chef to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our Kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard
  • Assisting the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Helping to control food margins through effective stock management
  • Ensuring that all meals meet our high standards and are served promptly

Requirements

  • Level Two Hygiene Certificate
  • 1-2 years' experience working as a line cook, commis chef, or chef de partie
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to identify and solve problems
  • A passion for food and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
