Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Specialist to join our team at Hologic, Inc. Located in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.

About the Role
  • As a Supply Chain Quality Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Global Supplier Quality organization, dedicated to ensuring suppliers meet all regulatory and quality standards.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for supplier compliance, leveraging your technical knowledge and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute activities to comply with regulatory standards and ensure suppliers meet requirements established in our Quality Management System.
  • Conduct technical reviews on suppliers to assess their capability to manufacture high-quality materials.
  • Assist in assessing and monitoring suppliers' manufacturing practices, quality control processes, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and approve PPAP requirements for new and revised purchased parts.

**What We Expect:

  • Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or microbiology.
  • Knowledge: ASQ Supplier Quality Engineer Certificate, Project Management Techniques, Major Medical Device Regulations.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey ideas and approaches through proposals, plans, and presentations.
  • Agility: Ability to handle multiple complex projects and adapt to changing market conditions.
