At Lineage Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Systems Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Special Operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing our preferred warehouse management processes and systems across our UK sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the warehouse operation onsite, helping to stabilize the new warehouse solution. You will work closely with our onsite teams to audit existing stock integrity and accuracy, and implement recommendations to ensure site teams follow critical receipt and dispatch processes.

Key responsibilities will include creating stock office admin standard work instructions and procedures, devising training plans, and ensuring site independence and adherence to process. You will also work as part of a team with warehouse and inventory capability leads to ensure findings are shared, documented, and actioned.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of making office operations run efficiently. You will have a passion for training and be able to adapt to meet the needs of the group. Experience in implementations within the stock office of a 3PL environment is essential, as is excellent interpersonal and advanced IT skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of order entry/receipt process
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer master setups
  • Expert understanding of drivers of shortages and discrepancies in order processing, inventory controls, and stock availability
  • Proven track record of making office operations run efficiently
  • Can set up all aspects of billing
  • Has a passion for training people and be able to adapt to meet the needs of the group
  • Experience in implementations within the stock office of a 3PL environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced IT skills
