We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our special ops team, you will be responsible for breaking down operational processes in detail and working closely with warehouse operations, project management, and IT to support the implementation of our preferred warehouse management systems.

Regular and sustained travel to our locations across the UK is expected, with some travel to the US and Europe for training and learning opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be an expert in warehouse processes, inventory, and office operations, and will use your expertise to support the warehouse operation onsite by developing and delivering training, and helping to stabilize the new warehouse solution.

You will work closely with managers and other specialist colleagues to develop a fit-for-purpose special ops 'playbook' and will enjoy using your experience to help others learn and be successful.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of documenting and improving warehouse processes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand ways of operating and identify opportunities to improve things
  • Enjoyment and ability to train people
  • Good at inviting, receiving, and acting on feedback
  • Capability to seek opportunity beyond the immediate role, proactively problem-solving and ideating across multiple operational functions
  • Able to demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset
