About the Role

At Lineage Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Management Systems Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Special Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Lineage preferred warehouse management processes and systems.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering training to warehouse operations teams, helping to stabilise the new warehouse solution, and ensuring site teams follow critical receipt and dispatch processes. You will also be responsible for creating stock office admin standard work instructions and procedures, devising the training plan, and ensuring it is adhered to in relation to Go Live.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of making office operations run efficiently, expertise in office applications, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in implementations within the stock office of a 3PL environment and advanced IT skills.

This is a great opportunity to support a fast-growing business, drive continuous improvement, and get exposure to transforming the way warehouses operate. Many team members will be promoted into senior roles in the business, such as operational or general manager positions.
