Account Management Opportunity in Lighting Sector

Mansell Recruitment Group is a leading UK designer and supplier of lighting solutions, seeking an experienced Commercial Lighting Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with clients, growing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the electrical contracting market.
  • Grow existing accounts and generate new business through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about competitors, new products, and pricing trends in the lighting industry.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate how Mansell's lighting solutions can meet those needs.
  • Support sales individuals in delivering technical system solutions to customers.
  • Monitor CRM system activity to ensure seamless sales processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Established relationships in the electrical contracting market.
  • Existing contacts and customer base in the lighting industry.
  • Proven sales, business development, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to effectively utilize the product range.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience and location.
