Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation and Support Specialist to join our team at EWS Group. As an Installation and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and installation services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out on-site repairs and installations at client locations
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Learn and implement new installation processes and procedures
  • Progress to a lead engineer role, responsible for implementing new systems and training administrators
  • Develop expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
  • Represent EWS Group to clients and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Understand client requirements and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and stock management
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project managers
  • Desirable to have experience with MIS systems (SIMS, SEEMIS, CMIS)
  • Desirable to have knowledge of online payment providers (Parentpay, Wisepay, Squid)
  • Confidently deliver training to clients on cashless solutions
  • Ability to learn and complete software and hardware upgrades
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
