Our client, a reputable Special Educational Needs school in the UK, is seeking an experienced Early Years SEN primary school teacher to join their dedicated team.

The school provides a supportive environment where children with special educational needs can develop skills that enable them to be included in their communities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children who have special educational needs and will be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.

This role involves behaviour management, creating an inclusive classroom environment, and providing support to children with varying levels of need.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for education and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of around £32,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons for children with special educational needs
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interaction and learning
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:

  • Qualified EYFS SEN primary school teacher with a proven track record of working with children with special needs
  • Able to utilise a range of teaching methods to deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Caring and compassionate, with a strong ability to build relationships with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals, and the local community
