About Our Client

Our client is a leading construction company seeking a skilled Health & Safety Advisor to support their growth and development. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment, prioritizing the well-being of staff, and promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex construction projects and drive positive change.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee works being carried out across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective safety protocols, minimizing risk and promoting a culture of health and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, applicants must have proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in the UK Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor industry. A NEBOSH certification is essential, and the successful candidate should reside in North London, West London, or the Northern Home Counties.

A history of long-term employment is highly valued, with an emphasis on employee retention reflected in applicant CVs.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
