Exceptional Care Home Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Andover, Hampshire. As a key member of our care home service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee medicine management and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Make informed decisions and take timely action
  • Provide guidance and support to team members

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and families
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of relevant legislation and national care standards
  • Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
