Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing the scoping and implementation of products and services for newly onboarded and existing clients globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver client product & channel implementation projects from inception through to agreed closure and handover to business-as-usual.
  • Define, agree, and execute project management plans that meet client and internal stakeholder needs, delivering projects in a proficient and controlled manner.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, including regular communications with stakeholders and monitoring progress against plan.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks/issues that may affect delivery of project objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports on performance and communicate trends and findings to senior leaders.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve client service/implementation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information to solve problems creatively and effectively.
