Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work night shifts at our Green Park Nursing Home in Great Sankey, Warrington. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure that all individuals receive the highest standard of person-centred care.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate a high personalised standard of nursing care that meets the individual's needs and the high standards expected at Orchard Care Homes.
- To lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care to our residents.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a bright and spacious home designed to support 101 residents needing residential, nursing, and more specialist dementia care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. You will also need to be experienced in producing well-developed care plans and understand regulatory frameworks.
