We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Night Nurse to join our team at Brampton Lodge Care Home in Warrington, Cheshire.

About the Role

As a Registered Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, toileting, dressing, and undressing.
  • Assist with the delivery of care for residents with progressive illnesses and those nearing the end of life.
  • Observe and record care planning needs for residents, updating their care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in social activities, engaging with residents and supporting their hobbies and interests.
  • Escort residents to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
