Job Title: Registered Nurse Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Purpose:

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assess the care needs of our residents and provide direct nursing care when required. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the care needs of new residents and maintain ongoing assessments and reviews of all residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medications and document the same in accordance with company procedure and NMC guidelines.
  • Practice maximum integrity in all dealings with residents' personal and financial affairs.
  • Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members in all aspects of their work.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses when required.
