About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Costain Group Plc. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Replacement Programme and Major Projects (T2 Baggage) programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial negotiations with major supply chain members
  • Ensure the proper communication of the commercial strategy to the wider team
  • Lead all aspects of commercial due diligence and reporting, working closely with operations and finance leads to ensure transparent reporting

Requirements
  • Degree/HND in a relevant commercial/construction discipline
  • Full membership of RICS or CICES
  • Extensive post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with a track record of achievement (Water Sector experience preferred)
  • Previous experience of working in collaborative or alliancing environments
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of resolving complicated commercial issues
