Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Customer Service Team, processing orders, and dealing with customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging customer contact and tracking enquiries
- Making and receiving calls to customers
- Dealing with accompanying paperwork
- Liaising with internal departments for product availability
- Managing email inboxes
- Monitoring online customer portals
- Maintaining and updating records
Requirements:
- Previous order processing experience
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly Outlook and Excel
- A confidence and willingness to learn
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent IT and analytical skills
