Join Our Team as a Junior Front of House Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Front of House Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our People Promise + Values through your actions and inspiring and motivating your team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team to develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Assist in the development of training programs to support the growth of your team.
  • Monitor and maintain the financial performance of your restaurant, ensuring that all sales and revenue targets are met.
  • Champion change in both our communities and the impact on the planet, ensuring that our values are upheld in all aspects of our business.
