About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an SHEQ Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with relevant legislations and standards.

You will work closely with our safety team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our policies, processes and procedures are up-to-date and effective. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in safety and risk management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  1. To develop, maintain and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS)
  2. To ensure compliance with applicable legal and other statutory requirements
  3. To manage and develop the safety related Team (Advisor/s & Administrator)

Austin Fraser offers a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a company car and benefits. We offer a dynamic and supportive working environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
