About the Role

We are recruiting for a Commercial Project Lead to join our client's team in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in commercial project management and be able to lead a team of estimators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the commercial process and leading a team of estimators
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The salary for this position is estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial project management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
