At Nationwide Platforms, we are seeking an experienced Business Performance Lead to join our Finance team. This key role will drive improved business performance by developing and agreeing short and medium-term business plans. Key responsibilities include budgeting and delivery of the forecasting cycle, driving revenue through sales teams, and recommending bonus and commission schemes.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, along with a company car or car allowance, BUPA healthcare, pension capped at 5%, and 25 days holiday. As a Business Performance Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business forecasting, management information, and analysis. You will also need to work with stakeholders to improve business performance and meet financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior directors. Previous financial accounting/commercial experience is essential, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines and be qualified (CIMA or ACCA). Familiarity with BI and Microsoft Office systems is also desirable.
