**Career Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled VP Sales and Growth to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of our industry-changing biotechnology.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing business development strategies for new products and services in the biotech, life sciences, or scientific sectors. A degree or PhD within a biotechnology-related field is essential, as well as experience developing sales teams and training salespeople.
You will play a critical role in building a successful sales team and identifying new markets for our biotechnology, which will involve extensive travel, including international travel. In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, share options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
