Job Overview

The LGBT Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Grants and Funding Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will oversee a range of funding and fundraising activities, ensuring effective contract management.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing funding applications, creating compelling funding bids for statutory, trust and foundation sources.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage funding applications, including writing and submitting successful funding bids to trusts, foundations, and statutory sources.
  • Maintain and improve fundraising systems, including CRM management.
  • Support the delivery of LGBT Foundation's annual business planning and budgeting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations, and statutory sources.
  • Strong time-management, organisational and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • A commitment to equality, diversity and understanding the issues faced by LGBTQ+ communities.
