This is a full-time, grant-funded opportunity that offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Implement grant-making strategies in the online system (Fluxx) under the supervision of the Senior Grant Administrator.">
  • Assist in preparing documentation for review and producing training materials for effective system use.">
  • Conduct analysis of grantmaking and generate materials to present data related to goals and strategies.">

Data Management and Analysis

  • ">
  • Maintain the CRM and assist in training the team in updating, tracking, and reporting from the database.">
  • Conduct systems and process improvement audits to assess quality standards and identify areas for enhancement.">
  • Maintain and update data systems that track progress towards deliverables and goals.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.">
  • 2 years of experience in grant management or a related field.">
  • Excellent computer skills, especially data management experience.">
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM/databases strongly preferred.">
