We are now looking for a Grants & Contracts Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

As a Grants & Contracts Manager, you will oversee a range of funding and fundraising activities, as well as ensuring effective contract management.
Specifically, you will be involved in developing and managing funding applications, creating compelling funding bids for statutory, trust and foundation sources.
Maintain and improve fundraising systems, including CRM management
- Support the delivery of LGBT Foundations annual business planning and budgeting
Experience of writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations, and statutory sources
- Experience of analysing and preparing financial information and presenting it in accessible formats
- Previous line management experience
- Strong time-management, organisational and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- A commitment to equality, diversity and understanding the issues faced by LGBTQ+ communities
