About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Building Surveyor with a Construction Related Degree, Associate RICS, MRICS, or CIOB accreditation to join our team. This role involves conducting on-site assessments and inspections across the UK, contributing to impactful, sustainable property solutions. The successful candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as a commitment to professional growth and obtaining relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive Property Surveys, Home Buyer Reports, Retrofit Assessments, Borescope Inspections, and EPCs.
- Deliver precise, data-driven reports with tailored recommendations that focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Identify repair and maintenance needs, recommend retrofit solutions, and provide clients with expert guidance based on sustainability best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related construction field.
- Knowledge of sustainability, retrofitting, and surveying principles.
- Familiarity with RICS standards and building regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and obtaining relevant certifications.
- Associate RICS / MRICS / CIOB accredited.

Travel Commitment

The successful candidate will be required to travel nationwide, with an estimated annual travel requirement of around 25,000 miles.
