We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Product Director Regulatory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive business growth and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position that requires strong domain knowledge of regulatory processes and systems.
  • You'll be responsible for designing and delivering the roadmap for a range of regulatory products, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver against the GSK Regulatory Strategy.
  • As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with business owners to shape and create the vision for technology used to submit new regulatory applications and maintain GSK licences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Enablement: Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends related to the product space and use this knowledge to drive forward-looking product strategy.
  • Demand Management: Collaborate and influence senior business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on highest business value.
  • Governance: Establish and lead relevant governance bodies, provide oversight, and establish business value.
  • Product/Project Delivery: Lead the team(s) that will design and deliver the optimal set of products and services that meet the business strategy and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree &/or comparable experience in computer science or related technical discipline.
  • Track record in successful IT strategy development, solution design, programme and project delivery, and service management across multiple business lines.
  • Domain knowledge of regulatory processes and systems.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
