About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Director Regulatory to join our team. As a key member of our R&D Tech organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering the roadmap for a range of Regulatory products. Your expertise will be instrumental in partnering with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver against the GSK Regulatory Strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technology Strategy & Enablement: Leverage your domain knowledge to drive forward-looking product strategy, maintaining awareness of emerging industry trends related to the product space.
  • Demand Management: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on highest business value.
  • Governance: Establish and lead relevant governance bodies, providing oversight and establishing business value, managing overall delivery and service performance, and managing business risk.
  • Product/Project Delivery: Lead the team(s) that will design and deliver the optimal set of products and services meeting the business strategy and requirements.
  • Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensure all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies, and external regulatory and statutory requirements.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to shape the vision for technology used to submit new regulatory applications and maintain GSK licences worldwide. We seek an individual with a track record of successful IT strategy development, solution design, programme, and project delivery across multiple business lines.

What We Offer
