**About the Role:**
We are seeking a warm and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker at The Laurels in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a member of our care home, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to residents, helping them to lead a fulfilling and enriched life.

- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily living activities

**Requirements:**
- Degree or equivalent in Social Care or related field
- Experience working in care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
