Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to special care, high dependency, and intensive care neonates without direct supervision.
- Deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence.
- Take charge of the ward and support junior members of the team, as well as student nurses.
- Participate in regular performance appraisals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Experience as a Band 6 Neonatal Unit Nurse.
