  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Specialist to join our team at Lloyd Court, a 40-flat housing with care scheme. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our tenants who live with us in their own flat.
  • About You:
  • We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting others and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices and promote their independence and dignity.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
